Great small game, good for travel

Very fun place to play board games with friends and family. Large selection of board games to buy as well as trading cards. I often buy pokemon cards here and the staff are very helpful. When you are playing at a table and are confused about the rules, the staff can help explain how to play too.

I know the title makes Carnuta sound like a Quacks of Quedlinberg rip off but although the theme is similar, this is more like a cousin of Castle Combo. You'll build a tableau of ingredients and are looking for effects to multiply. It's a game that doesn't take too long, which I like and there's very little "take thattery" - even though you can take ingredients your opponent wants that takes up time in this very tight game.

Nice, thinky (but not brainburny), medium light, with nice theming and presentation. It's a great little game.
