Thirsty Meeples operates board game cafés in Oxford and Bath. We supply stock to both venues through our warehouse, together with fulfilling online orders direct to customers.
We're a small, family-run company that's been operating for 10+ years, and we're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team.
Location: Wroslyn Road Industrial Estate, Freeland, OX29 8HZ.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour.
Hours: 37 hours per week, permanent. Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4:30pm.
What you'll be doing:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Verify and inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
- Organise and stock inventory in designated areas
- Operate our warehouse management system to track inventory and orders
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist in responding to customer queries online
- Undertake IT tasks on our webstore, including adding new stock
- Perform various warehouse duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial
