All online orders are processed from our dedicated warehouse. We take great care to ensure your ordered items are securely packed before shipment. Whenever possible, we reuse cardboard boxes from our suppliers, though we also utilise new boxes and wrapping materials when necessary.

For orders placed before 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, we aim to dispatch them on the same day. If this isn’t feasible, they will be sent out on the next working day. Orders placed outside of our office hours (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the following working day.

We offer free delivery on orders totaling £65 or more. For orders under £65, delivery charges are as follows:

• £4.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery within 2-3 business days)

• £6.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery within 1-2 business days)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause postal delays. In such cases, we cannot accept responsibility and will not issue refunds for shipping fees.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the UK.

At checkout, you will have the option to collect your order from our cafés in either Oxford or Bath, allowing you to avoid the shipping charge. We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be available at the Oxford location and up to 7 days for the Bath location.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being returned to our warehouse.

Fun expansion

Not strictly required, but it certainly makes the boss battles more fun having a specific mini for them.

It would probably be better to have this expansion included in the base game, but it's still nice to have!

cool little pack

Would (as everyone says) have been nice for these to be part of the main game rather than an addition. But models look really cool can't wait to paint them :-)

Use addition but should have really been in the base game

Flavour and theming is very important to me so using generic figures to act as the bosses was a bit disheartening. This figure pack solved that but it is only 3 additional minis and a few extra cards, I really don't see why it could not have been included in the base game (other than Fantasy Flight wanting to make extra $ of course).

Villians of Eriador

While these should really have been part of the base set it is they do make a nice upgrade and having the antagonists on the board makes a nice impact. They have patched the app to resolve the naming issues and in addition, they have added an adventure mode so you can spend more time exploring the side quests in your campaign.

Villians of Eriador

They really should have included these in the base set, however I feel it really adds to the game to have the villains represented by their own models rather than one of the generic henchmen.

The app could use a little upgrade though since at least of of the villian is referred to as INSERT_NAME_VILLIAN.
