Really fun game. We’ve only played the first couple of months but it’s been as good as Pandemic legacy 1.
I was a big fan of Pandemic already, but the two legacy games are some of my favourite gaming memories ever. There were a handful of great moments that my partner and I still talk about, several years after we finished the game.
If you haven't played the first game, definitely try to play that one first- there are a few little references back to it, and it's also a bit simpler than this one. If you enjoyed the first, then I'd absolutely recommend this one! I was a bit worried that they'd stay too close to the original, and just have to re-tread familiar ground, but it's 100% worth playing for the new ideas.
We have just started and it’s HARD! We keep losing (even just the prologue!) But it sucks you in and is very enjoyable. It feels very similar to season 1, a different setting and different scenarios but the game play is almost the same. I don’t mind this because I really enjoyed season 1 and wouldn’t want a complete move away from it. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

The world almost ended 71 years ago...
The plague came out of nowhere and ravaged the world. Most died within a week. Nothing could stop it. The world did its best. It wasn't good enough.
For three generations, we, the last fragments of humanity have lived on the seas, on floating stations called "havens." Far from the plague, we are able to provide supplies to the mainland to keep them (and us) from succumbing completely.
We've managed to keep a network of the largest known cities in the world alive. Things have been tough the past few years. Cities far away from the havens have fallen off our grid...
Tomorrow, a small group of us head out into what's left of the world. We don't know what we'll find.
Pandemic Legacy: Season 2 is an epic cooperative game for 2 to 4 players. Unlike most other games, this one is working against you. What's more, some of the actions you take in Pandemic Legacy will carry over to future games. No two worlds will ever be alike!
