A group of explorers has discovered a vast structure radiating out from a hidden cave, and it falls to you and your fellow Founders to build the City that grows up around it.

Each player takes directives from the Founders' Council and requests from the City's Guilds, but the game's cleverest twist is Unknown Alliances: your two objective cards secretly share a category with two other, unknown players, and only your lowest score in each category counts at the end. That means the smartest play is often helping people you don't even know you're helping.

As a legacy game, decisions made in one session carry through to the next, so the City you build together genuinely evolves game after game.
